This Content Policy and Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains the content and conduct rules that apply to SuperSpacebar, our website at https://superspace.oksocool.com, and any related app, checkout, support, community, user-generated content, or AI-enabled features we may provide.

SuperSpacebar is currently a macOS productivity utility for keyboard shortcuts and app launching. It does not currently provide AI image generation or public content hosting. If we introduce AI-generated content, user-generated content, community, template sharing, or similar features, this Policy will apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service, website, support channels, or any future AI or content feature to create, submit, share, or facilitate:

• Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual services, fetish content, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Child safety violations: child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, or content that endangers children in any way.
• Graphic violence and gore: gratuitous blood, mutilation, torture, realistic injury, instructions for violent acts, or praise of violent harm.
• Hate, harassment, and abuse: attacks, threats, dehumanization, or incitement against people based on protected characteristics, as well as bullying or targeted harassment.
• Self-harm and dangerous activity: encouragement, instructions, or promotion of suicide, self-injury, eating disorders, weapons misuse, or dangerous challenges.
• Deception, impersonation, and deepfakes: misleading synthetic media, fake endorsements, identity impersonation, phishing, scams, or content intended to deceive others.
• Copyright, trademark, and IP infringement: unauthorized use of protected works, brand assets, logos, characters, likenesses, trade dress, or materials that violate third-party rights.
• Privacy violations: doxxing, unauthorized personal data sharing, non-consensual recording, keylogging, surveillance, or exposure of credentials or payment information.
• Illegal goods or regulated activity: content involving illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, counterfeit goods, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Malware and cyber abuse: malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, exploit instructions, spam, bot activity, or attempts to bypass security or license controls.

2. AI-Specific Rules

If the Service provides AI-generated content features in the future, you must not:

• Generate or request sexual, violent, hateful, child-unsafe, deceptive, or infringing AI content.
• Create realistic depictions of private persons without their consent, including deepfakes, voice clones, or impersonation.
• Use AI outputs to mislead users about identity, authorship, endorsement, official status, price, refund rights, or product capabilities.
• Remove or obscure provenance, watermark, disclosure, safety, or moderation signals where we provide them.
• Use AI features to automate spam, fraud, mass account creation, evasion of enforcement, or other abusive behavior.

3. Commercial and Payment Compliance

You may not use the Service in a way that violates card network rules, payment processor policies, sanctions rules, consumer protection laws, intellectual property laws, or applicable platform rules. Fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, stolen payment credentials, resale of license keys without authorization, or attempts to bypass checkout or license validation are prohibited.

4. Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this Policy, the Terms of Service, law, or payment network requirements, we may take one or more actions:

• Reject, remove, block, or disable access to prohibited content or activity.
• Warn you or require corrective action before continued use.
• Suspend or terminate your license, account, checkout access, support access, or future content features.
• Limit, revoke, or deactivate license keys and device activations.
• Withhold, cancel, or refuse refunds, credits, balances, coupons, or promotional value where allowed by law and processor rules.
• Report suspected illegal activity, child safety issues, fraud, or security threats to payment processors, platforms, law enforcement, or regulators where appropriate.

5. Review and Appeals

If you believe enforcement was made in error, contact [email protected] with your order number, license email, relevant screenshots or context, and a brief explanation. We will review appeals in good faith and may ask for additional information before reinstating access.

6. Reporting Violations

To report unsafe content, intellectual property infringement, fraud, privacy abuse, or other violations, email [email protected]. For urgent security issues, email [email protected].

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to address new features, laws, payment requirements, platform rules, or safety risks. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified by email or in-product notice.
