Welcome to oksocool ("oksocool" / "we" / "us" / "our"). oksocool is an individual / sole trader operating under the laws of the People's Republic of China with a business address at Beijing, People's Republic of China.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our macOS productivity utility SuperSpacebar, which enables users to launch and switch applications using customizable keyboard shortcuts with the Space key as a modifier, available at https://superspace.oksocool.com (the "Service").
By downloading, installing, purchasing a license, activating a license key, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy and Content Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
oksocool provides a macOS menu bar application that enables users to assign keyboard shortcuts to launch and switch between applications, configure excluded apps, and optionally launch at login. A paid Pro license removes usage limits. The Service is a digital software product delivered via download and license activation.
The Service is a digital, intangible product. Upon confirmed payment, your license key is delivered immediately by email and/or at checkout. Due to the immediate digital delivery, specific limitations apply to refunds as described in Section 7.
The Service requires macOS 15.0 or later. Core functionality requires that you grant Accessibility permission in macOS System Settings so the app can monitor keyboard events and activate other applications. Service performance and availability may be affected by macOS updates, third-party applications, or system permission changes. We will endeavor to communicate significant disruptions in a timely manner.
The Service does not require a separate online account. When you purchase a license, your purchase is associated with the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for keeping your purchase email and license key secure.
If you purchase or use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
SuperSpacebar Pro is sold as a one-time lifetime license. "Lifetime" means for the commercial life of the product, not your lifetime. The license grants access to Pro features for the version of the Service available at the time of purchase.
We may offer a free version with limited shortcut usage. Free-tier limits, features, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
Current pricing is displayed at checkout (e.g., USD $2.99 for a lifetime license). Prices may change for future purchases but will not affect licenses already purchased.
Payments are processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), or another authorized provider we designate (such as Paddle). Full card numbers are not stored on our servers.
Applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes may be added at checkout as determined by the payment processor based on your location.
After successful payment, you will receive a license key by email and/or on the checkout confirmation page. Enter the license key in the Service to activate Pro features. Each license may be subject to a device activation limit displayed at checkout. You may request deactivation of a device to free an activation slot by contacting [email protected].
Because the Service is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final once the license key has been delivered.

If you believe there is an error in a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before disputing with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on macOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use.
Your shortcut configurations, excluded app lists, and preferences are stored locally on your Mac and remain under your control. By using the Service, you grant oksocool a limited, non-exclusive license to process keyboard events locally on your device solely to deliver the Service. We do not use your keyboard input or configuration data to train any model or for advertising purposes.
The Service relies on macOS system APIs and may interact with third-party applications you choose to launch. We do not guarantee compatibility with all applications or macOS versions and accept no liability for issues caused by third-party software or system changes.
Shortcut behavior may vary depending on your system configuration, active applications, and macOS permissions. You are solely responsible for verifying that the Service works as expected in your environment before relying on it for critical workflows.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

If the Service, website, support channels, or any future feature allows user-generated content, AI-generated content, public sharing, templates, prompts, uploads, or community submissions, you must comply with our Content Policy. The Content Policy prohibits illegal, sexual/NSFW, child-unsafe, violent/gory, hateful, harassing, deceptive, impersonation/deepfake, privacy-invasive, malware-related, and copyright/trademark-infringing content or activity, and describes enforcement measures such as content removal, license suspension, account termination, balance or promotional value forfeiture where allowed by law, and reports to relevant providers or authorities.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://superspace.oksocool.com/privacy/. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor (Lemon Squeezy or Paddle) and is not stored on our servers. Purchase and support records are retained for 90 days following license cancellation or account deletion request, then deleted or anonymized where permitted by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL APPLICATIONS OR macOS VERSIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OKSOCOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU USE THE FREE VERSION.
These Terms remain effective while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms, we suspect fraudulent activity, or as required by law. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused prepaid period where applicable. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it and contacting [email protected] to request license deactivation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Before initiating any formal proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before the effective date where we have your email address. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
